Glitch: Sheriff Steele FAQ

This is a strange one! When you click on the sheriff badge on the chatbar the FAQ comes up, but when you open it for the first time it quickly flashes with all the questions saying Become a Member?
Either something has gone really wrong or they're trying to tell us something! Hmmmmm...
